WAC 434-166-230. Resignation of responsible officer

(1) A responsible officer may resign by signing and delivering to the secretary of state for filing a statement of resignation. The statement must also include a statement that the responsible officer address is also discontinued. (2) After filing the statement the secretary of state shall mail a copy of the filed statement and a statement of change form to the organization at its organizational address. (3) The organization shall appoint a new responsible officer and responsible officer address within thirty days of notification.
