WAC 434-230-090. Determining nominees for multiple positions

If there are two or more places to be filled for a nonpartisan office, the number of candidates equaling the number of positions to be filled who receive the highest number of votes at the primary and an equal number who receive the next highest number of votes shall appear under the designation for that office.
