WAC 434-260-155. County review follow-up

Within one year following the issuance of the final review report, the secretary of state shall verify that the county has taken the steps listed in the response to correct the problems noted in the report. The secretary of state shall send a letter to the county canvassing board listing the results of the follow-up interview. A copy of the letter shall be provided to the county auditor and kept on file with the secretary of state.
