WAC 434-262-017. General election turnout for validation of bonds and levies

Last amended: 2018Year: 2026Length: 81 wordsOfficial source
Following each general election, the county auditor must determine the number of voters participating in the general election for each taxing district in the county and provide this number to each district. Districts may use that number to determine the number of votes required for bond and levy passage in the next year. The county auditor is not responsible for determining minimum turnout or yes votes required for ballot measures and shall not determine if ballot measures meet requirements for passage.
