WAC 434-750-170. Recovery of campaign expenses

The CFD must recover its reasonable administrative expenses to conduct the CFD campaign either from state appropriations, or from the gross receipts of the CFD campaign through an administrative fee assessed on participating organizations. The secretary of state must approve an annual budget to determine the administrative fee to be charged to the beneficiaries of the CFD.
