WAC 446-105-140. Who can request a hearing to establish a payment plan?

(1) Any person who receives a work zone speed safety camera system notice of infraction with a $248 penalty may request a hearing to establish a payment plan. (2) A hearing to establish a payment plan is not available for a work zone speed safety camera system notice of infraction with a $0 penalty. (3) A person or business may request a hearing for the sole purpose of establishing a payment plan after first admitting to the violation. (4) If liability is established at a hearing to contest the infraction, the petitioner may still seek a payment plan during that hearing.
