WAC 458-15-120. Revaluation and new construction

(1) The assessor shall continue to revalue the historic property on the regular revaluation cycle, deducting the cost from the assessed value to determine the special valuation. (2) While rehabilitation is being accomplished, the assessor shall assess the property as required by the new construction assessment dates contained in RCW 36.21.080 .
