WAC 110-145-2440. Firearms, ammunition, and other weapons

(1) Firearms are not allowed on the premises, except for law enforcement. (2) Ammunition and other weapons are not allowed on the premises, except for: (a) Law enforcement; and (b) OYSs as outlined in WAC 110-145-3400 . (3) Licensees must develop and follow their policy and procedures approved by the department for firearms, ammunition, and other weapons that includes: (a) Protocols to keep children and youth safe if firearms, ammunition, or other weapons are found on the premises; (b) Safe disposal of firearms, ammunition, and other weapons found on the premises; and (c) Actions to take if children or youth use a common item as a weapon.
