WAC 468-10-420. Definitions

The definitions set forth in this section shall apply throughout this chapter unless the context otherwise requires: "Department" means the Washington state department of transportation. "Secretary" means the secretary of the Washington state department of transportation. Where the rules of this chapter use words defined in RCW 34.05.010 , those definitions shall govern.
