WAC 468-12-704. Activities exempted from definition of "action."

The following activities are exempted from the definition of "action" because they are nonproject actions for which approval must be obtained from a federal agency prior to implementation as provided in WAC 197-11-704 (2)(b)(iii): (1) National transportation studies; (2) Federal-aid system designations; (3) National functional classification of highways and determination of needs.
