WAC 468-250-110. Grounds for refusal to grant agreement

The department of transportation may refuse to grant an operating agreement to any person if: (1) Safety will be compromised; (2) The proposed operation is not consistent with airport purposes; (3) The proposed operation is not in the best interests of the state of Washington; or (4) The proposed operation is in conflict with prior agreements.
