WAC 468-34-300. Overhead lines—Location

(1) Pole lines must be located in accordance with the control zone guidelines. (2) Guy wires to ground anchors and stub poles shall be located in accordance with the control zone guidelines. (3) Where irregular shaped portions of the right of way extend beyond the normal right of way limits, variances in the location from the right of way line should be allowed as necessary to maintain a reasonably uniform alignment for longitudinal overhead and underground installations. (4) On and along conventional highways, poles and related facilities should be located as near as practicable to the right of way line.
