WAC 468-550-020. Applicability

These rules are applicable to all Washington state entities, public or private, which own, operate, or maintain RFGPTS as defined in 49 C.F.R. Part 674.7. These rules apply to all owners of rail fixed guideway public transportation systems, as defined by 49 C.F.R. Part 674, which are required by RCW 81.112.180 , 35.21.228 , 35A.21.300 , 36.01.210 , 36.57.120 , 36.57A.170 , 81.104.015 to comply with the requirements of the Washington state department of transportation for the development and implementation of an agency safety program plan.
