WAC 468-600-210. Projects eligible for unsolicited proposals

Projects that are the subject of an unsolicited proposal must meet the following minimum criteria: (1) The project must meet the definition of an "eligible project" under WAC 468-600-015 (4); (2) The project must not be listed in the registry of projects intended for a competitive solicitation, under WAC 468-600-100 ; (3) The project must be included in the Washington transportation plan or otherwise identified by the commission as being a priority need of the state.
