WAC 468-95-045. Speed limit sign (R2-1)

Revise MUTCD Section 2B.21, Paragraph 13 to read: Standard: Speed Limit (R2-1) signs (see Figure 2B-3) shall display the speed limit established by statute; or, by an ordinance or regulation adopted by the authorized agency, based on the engineering study and traffic investigation required by RCW 46.61.405 , 46.61.410 , and 46.61.415 . The speed limit shall be set in multiples of - 5 mph.
