WAC 478-116-305. Immobilization or impoundment of motor vehicles

Any motor vehicle may be subject to immobilization or impoundment for cause as specified under WAC 478-116-351 . The university and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for loss or damage of any kind resulting from such immobilization or impoundment. The permit holder and/or registered owner of a vehicle that has been immobilized shall be fully liable for any loss or damage to immobilization equipment.
