WAC 478-355-030. Project construction cost

Whenever the estimated project construction cost of any University of Washington public work is less than three hundred thousand dollars, the University of Washington executive vice president for finance and administration is authorized to use the small works roster in lieu of public advertisement for bids. In the event the legislature further increases the small works roster limit, the university is authorized to use the small works roster for any projects up to the subsequently authorized limit.
