WAC 480-100-282. Application for approval of lease of utility facilities

Under the provisions of RCW 80.04.520 , the applicant must certify that the requested approval of lease of utility facilities is necessary to exempt any owner of the facilities from being a public utility company under the Public Utility Holding Company Act of 1935.
