WAC 480-70-416. Prepayments, temporary container and drop-box service

A company may require its temporary commercial service customers to prepay either: (1) An amount not exceeding the estimated total due for delivery of the container or drop box, plus rent for the first month, plus pick-up charges and disposal fees for one month; or (2) Fifty percent of the estimated total that will apply over the length of the service agreement.
