WAC 495B-116-270. Report of accidents

(1) The operator of a vehicle involved in an accident on campus resulting in injury or death of a person or claimed damage to either or both vehicles exceeding $1,000 shall immediately report the accident to the college information desk. Accidents occurring after the close of business must be reported the next business day. Within four days of the accident, the operators shall file a state of Washington motor vehicle report. (2) Other minor accidents should be reported to the college information desk for insurance record purposes.
