WAC 135-110-920. Resignation from office

(1) A conservation district supervisor may resign from public office at any time, and for any reason. (2) Resignations must be made in writing to the conservation commission or to the conservation district. (3) Resignations are effective on the earliest date received, unless the incumbent has specified a future date for the resignation to become effective.
