WAC 495E-280-100. Waiver

A student may waive any of his or her rights under this chapter by submitting a written, signed, and dated waiver to the office of the registrar. Such a waiver shall be specific as to the records and persons or institutions covered. A waiver continues in effect according to its terms unless revoked in a subsequent writing which is signed and dated.
