WAC 504-49-155. Program term

"Program term" means eight years, or until cumulative incentive payments for electricity produced by the project reach fifty percent of the total system price, including applicable sales tax, whichever occurs first. Eight years is equivalent to ninety-six months of electricity generation from the time of certification.
