WAC 504-49-175. Shared commercial solar project

"Shared commercial solar project" means a solar energy system, owned or administered by an electric utility, which: (1) Has a combined nameplate capacity of greater than one megawatt direct current and not more than five megawatts direct current; (2) Has at least five participants; and (3) Meets the applicable eligibility requirements established in sections 6 and 8, chapter 36, Laws of 2017, 3rd sp. sess. (ESSB 5939).
