WAC 136-710-030. Considerations at submittal

(1) Through the application process the applicant shall identify the considerations used while submitting the project. At a minimum, the applicant shall consider the following priority rating factors: (a) Investment in overburdened communities; (b) Environmental health disparities as identified in the environmental health disparities map specified in RCW 43.70.815 ; (c) Location on or providing direct access to a federally recognized Indian reservation or lands; (d) Sustaining the structural, safety, and operational integrity of the road; (e) Vehicle and pedestrian collision experience; (f) Access improvements to a community facility; and (g) Identified need in a state, regional, county, or community plan. (2) Through the ranking and selection process, the ranking calculation must take into account points for satisfying the considerations listed.
