WAC 110-145-3140. Infant and toddler care

When caring for infants and toddlers, licensees: (1) Must: (a) Hold infants at times other than feeding for the purposes of comfort and attention; (b) Allow infants and toddlers plenty of free time outside of a swing, crib, or playpen; and (c) Not use wheeled baby walkers; and (2) May vary from this requirement only with written approval from a licensed health care provider.
