WAC 110-145-3350. Ages served in OYSs

Facilities licensed as OYSs: (1) May be licensed to provide care for youth in one of the following age groups: (a) Thirteen through 17 years old; or (b) Sixteen through 20 years old; and (2) Must notify law enforcement or department intake of any child 12 years of age or younger who is unaccompanied by an adult and is requesting services but is unable to be served by the OYS.
