WAC 139-06-110. Final order

(1) The hearings panel shall enter a final order within 90 days of the conclusion of the hearing. The commission shall serve a copy of the order to the parties and the certified officer's employing agency. It will also appear on the commission website. (2) The final order issued by the hearings panel shall be the final decision of the commission. (3) The transcripts, admitted evidence, recordings, and written decision of the hearings panel on behalf of the commission are not confidential or exempt from public disclosure and are subject to subpoena and discovery proceedings in civil actions. (4) The final order shall include information for respondents to petition for reconsideration or judicial review contained in RCW 34.05.510 through 34.05.598 . (5) The commission's final order is subject to the judicial review provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act, RCW 34.05.510 through 34.05.598 .
