WAC 110-145-3530. Building and premises general requirements when providing pregnant and parenting services

Facilities providing pregnant and parenting services must, in addition to the requirements in WAC 110-145-2430 , have: (1) A separate, adequately-equipped examination room with adequate nursing equipment if they  offer medical clinics at their facility; and (2) At least one toilet and handwashing sink on the same floor as all sleeping areas.
