WAC 16-06-225. Records index

(1) The department's public records officer, located in the Olympia administrative office, will develop and maintain an agency index of the following records: (a) Department records retention schedules; (b) Final orders; (c) Declaratory orders entered after June 30, 1990; (d) Interpretative statements; (e) Policy statements; and (f) Department rule docket. (2) Information on obtaining or viewing the department's index can be obtained from the public records officer at the department's headquarters office located at: Department of Agriculture, 1111 Washington Street, S.E., P.O. Box 42560, Olympia, Washington 98504-2560.
