WAC 16-08-149. Brief adjudicative proceedings — Agency record

The agency record in a brief adjudicative proceeding shall consist of any documents relating to the matter that were considered or prepared by the presiding officer or by the reviewing officer for any review. The agency record shall include: (1) All initiating documents; (2) The request for hearing; (3) All documents submitted in the proceeding; (4) Any transcript or recording of any oral arguments presented; and (5) All orders issued in the case.
