WAC 16-108-050. Regulation

In conformance with the authority set forth in RCW 69.25.170 (1) egg seals shall not be required in the sale of eggs by: (1) Any poultry producer from their own flocks directly to a household consumer exclusively for use by such consumer and members of their household and their nonpaying guests and employees; and (2) Shell egg packers on their own premises directly to household consumers for use by such consumer and members of their household and their nonpaying guests and employees.
