WAC 16-131-010. Purpose of this chapter

The purpose of this chapter is to establish rules pursuant to chapter 69.07 RCW relating to: (1) Procedures to obtain and maintain a cannabis-infused edible endorsement; (2) Requirements for cannabis-infused edible processing facilities; and (3) Requirements for cannabis-infused edible labeling.
