WAC 110-147-1385. What children may I serve?

(1) Foster homes that you certify as meeting our licensing requirements may accept children only from: (a) Your child placing agency; or (b) A different child placing agency or the department if there is an agreement written in advance between your child placing agency and the other child placing agency/department specifying the criteria and conditions for placement of the children. The written agreements must specify roles and responsibilities of each agency.
