WAC 16-228-1330. Pilot and aircraft requirements for pesticide applicators

(1) All pilots and aircraft used for or engaged in the application of pesticides shall comply fully with the appropriate rules and regulations of the Federal Aviation Administration. (2) All applicants for the aerial pest control classification shall comply with FAA certification requirements. The department may require a current copy of the FAA operating certificate prior to issuance of a license.
