WAC 16-228-1410. What pesticides are considered home and garden use only pesticides?

For purposes of this section, "home and garden use only" means any pesticide determined by the department to be packaged, labeled and marketed in a manner that clearly indicates the product is intended for personal use by the general public in and around a residence. In making this determination, the department will consider, but not be limited to, the following criteria: (a) Packaging; (b) Package size; (c) Label instructions; (d) Application method; (e) Equipment to be used; (f) Rates of application.
