WAC 16-230-800. Area under order and restrictions for Benton County

(1) The area under order includes: All lands lying within the boundaries of Benton County. (2) The distribution, use, and application of use restricted pesticides in the area under order shall comply with rules relating to the use of pesticides in chapter 16-228 WAC, and rules relating to use restricted herbicides in WAC 16-230-600 through 16-230-670 .
