WAC 16-231-100. Restrictions for pesticide use in Franklin County

(1) The area under order includes all lands lying within the boundaries of Franklin County. WAC 16-231-115 through 16-231-183 applies to the area under order. (2) The distribution, use, and application of use restricted pesticides in the area under order shall comply with rules relating to the use of pesticides in chapter 16-228 WAC, and rules relating to use restricted herbicides in WAC 16-230-600 through 16-230-670 .
