WAC 110-147-1565. Are alcoholic beverages, marijuana or illegal drugs allowed at my agency?

(1) You must not have or consume alcohol, marijuana, or illegal drugs on the premises of your agency. (2) You must not allow staff members who are under the influence of alcohol, marijuana, or illegal drugs to have contact with children in care.
