WAC 16-231-413. Boundaries and restrictions for Columbia County Area 1

(1) Area 1 description. That area within a distance of one-half mile of the city limits of Dayton. (2) Area 1 restrictions. Aircraft applications of use restricted herbicides are prohibited on and after April 5th through October 31st: Provided, That upon written request to the Washington state department of agriculture, aircraft applications by permit shall be considered for purposes of critical weed control.
