WAC 16-240-042. Payment of fees and charges

(1) All department fees and charges for services rendered are due within thirty days of the statement date. Interest at the rate of one percent per month, or fraction thereof, shall accrue on any balance owed after thirty days of the statement date. (2) If the department does not receive payment within thirty days: (a) The department may withhold services until the delinquent account is paid; and (b) The department may require the customer to prepay for subsequent services.
