WAC 16-302-085. Withdrawing a field from inspection for seed certification

(1) The applicant applying for seed certification may withdraw a field from field inspection for seed certification by notifying the certifying agency before the field is inspected. (2) No refund on rejected fields due to findings or results. To be eligible for a refund of the per acre fees, the seed crop application must be withdrawn prior to the field inspection. (3) Refer to WAC 16-303-320 for details on fees and criteria for a partial or full refund.
