"Clones" are asexually propagated progeny genetically identical to the stock plant. "Plugs" are young plants raised in small, individual cells, intended for transplanting at another production site. "Seedlings" are plants grown from seeds. "Transplants" means hemp plants that originate from either seed or clones that are kept in a vegetative state (before flowering) that will be moved to another production site.
