WAC 16-303-230. Official seed sampling or similar service

Seed lots for official sampling must be made available to the inspector upon arrival to avoid assessment of additional fees for standby-time. Standby-time when the inspector is on-site while samples are prepared for official sampling will be billed in 15-minute increments at a minimum of one quarter of the hourly rate. Fees for official sampling are in addition to travel time and mileage.
