WAC 16-310-080. Quality assurance manual

(1) The department will review and approve the laboratory's quality assurance (QA) manual prior to the department's initial and continued accreditation on-site audit of the lab. (2) The QA manual submitted concurrently with the application must be in detail and scope commensurate with the size and mission of the laboratory. Instructions for contents of the QA manual are in WAC 16-309-120 .
