WAC 16-324-392. Isolation requirements

(1) All field locations for nuclear and generation 1 production must have prior approval from the department. (2) Generation 2 through generation 5 must be isolated by at least three hundred fifty feet from all noncertified potatoes. (3) When ring rot is found in a field planted with more than one lot of seed potatoes, the department will reject the entire field.
