WAC 110-149-0050. Accepting placements of additional children or youth

Caregivers must: (1) Only accept placements of kinship children or youth in out-of-home care, unless they are licensed foster parents under chapter 110-148 WAC, which allows them to accept nonkin placements; or (2) Have an updated assessment to include any additional kinship children or youth who were not identified on their current license within 90 days of the placement occurring.
