WAC 110-149-0250. Transportation

(1) Caregivers must have a plan to transport children or youth to appointments and activities based on children's or youth's age, development, and specific needs. (2) If caregivers transport children or youth in a private vehicle, they must: (a) Follow all state traffic laws; and (b) Have proper safety equipment to provide safe transportation, including car seats or booster seats, based on each child's or youth's age, development, and specific needs.
