It shall be unlawful for a person to: (1) Use a device in commercial application if a certificate of conformance has not been issued for such device, unless exempt under WAC 16-662-105 (3)(e). (2) Sell a device for use in commercial application if a certificate of conformance has not been issued for such device, unless exempt under WAC 16-662-105 (3)(e).
