WAC 106-116-312. Permit revocation

Parking permits are the property of the university and will be recalled for any of the following reasons: (1) When the purpose for which the permit was issued, changes or no longer exists. (2) When a permit is used on an unregistered vehicle or by an unauthorized individual. (3) When there is falsification of the vehicle ownership statement. (4) When there is counterfeiting or altering of a parking permit.
